Application Process & Rules

Thank you for expressing interest in applying to become a model with REFLEKT MODEL MANAGEMENT. Submitting your application marks the initial step in our review process. Please adhere to the following guidelines to ensure the correct completion of your application.

If you are 13 years of age or younger, please have your parent or legal guardian contact one of our offices for representation exploration.
If you are a minor aged between 14 and 18, you are welcome to apply online. However, we kindly request you do so with the cooperation and consent of your parent or legal guardian.
Follow the guidelines on the online application and provide all requested information. Incomplete applications will not undergo review.

If we express interest in your profile, we will reach out to you.
Please note that immediate feedback may not be provided, so kindly exercise patience during the review process.
Please refrain from emailing or calling our office to inquire about your application status. We will contact you if we have an interest.

Scouting Alert

REFLEKT MODEL MANAGEMENT considers the safety and wellbeing of aspiring models a top priority. We pride ourselves on our professionalism, transparency, and authenticity and believe it is important to advise models about unscrupulous people who prey on their ambitions. Please be aware there are certain individuals on the Internet falsely claiming to be representatives (or "scouts") of REFLEKT MODEL MANAGEMENT. If you are contacted by anyone claiming to be a representative, do not respond without first verifying their identity by promptly calling us at one of our offices and we will be happy to assist. Should someone claiming to be a representative or model manager from any agency contact you, immediately alert your parents or a responsible adult. If the person claims to be from REFLEKT MODEL MANAGEMENT, please call us. All REFLEKT MODEL MANAGEMENT representatives correspond via email domains that end with reflektmodelmanagement.co.za. Please refer to our Contact Page for the details of each representative's email address and contact number. REFLEKT MODEL MANAGEMENT will never communicate or request images via social media or WhatsApp. Stay safe and mindful.
